The department has 5 assembly lines and the production volume can
reach up to 600,000 PCS per month. The product quality can be achieved
to meet the customers' requirements with the sophisticated assembling
technique and strict quality control.

Moulding Department |

The department has 32 injection moulding machines for different
kinds of purposes. There is a fully isolated dust-free production
line. It is equipped with a fully automatic feeding system and robot
which can produce plastic products with any kinds of materials.

| Electroplate

The department has vacuum coating chambers which can be utilized
on the coating of the plastics, ceramics and POLYs. Our advanced spray
equipments are able to process any kinds of surfaces, and the dust-free
production booths can guarantee the stability and the quality of the
products.

| Oil-coating

The department is equipped with spray line, spray pool, pad printer
and hot stamping machine. The surfaces of the plastic and metal can
be well processed to suit customers' requirements and the dust-free
production line further guarantees the product quality.

| Moulding
Department |

The department has more than 30 advanced CNC machines, millers,
housing type Plano millers, drills and lathes. Because of our technical
experience and advanced equipments we can produce many kinds of sophisticated
plastic products and die-casting moulds.
